Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Beyond the Boundary, I aim to provide a supportive, respectful, and empowering experience for all clients. Due to the nature of coaching services — which require preparation, time, and dedicated 1:1 support — the following refund policy applies:

 

1. Coaching Sessions & Support Services

​

  • Refunds are not offered for completed coaching sessions or support services, as these are delivered in full at the time of your appointment.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please get in touch so we can address your concerns and discuss how to move forward constructively.

2. Cancellations

​

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded (if applicable).

  • No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable.

3. Package or Multi-Session Bookings

​

  • Refunds on multi-session packages are available only for unused sessions and must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided no sessions have been used.

  • Once sessions have been started, refunds are not available — but sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed time frame.

4. Human Design Insight Sessions

​

  • As these sessions require time to prepare a personalised chart and reading in advance, refunds are not available once preparation has begun.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
